The Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our Technical team based at our Central head office in Chesterfield.

As our Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and reporting all engineering requirements as per company policies and processes.
  2. Managing technical and regulatory approvals, adoptions, bonds and reimbursements and providing key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the engineering function.
  3. Assisting in the delivery of effective and relevant legal documentation for each development or phase of development.
  4. Acting as a pivotal enabler and creator of success to ensure the efficiency and performance of pre-development construction activity is optimised.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (to include relationship building), proven and documented knowledge of all elements of residential developments such as environmental planning, ground & contaminated ground conditions, foundations and roads & sewers etc.
