Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise work pre-set in accordance with the schools' guidelines and ensure students complete tasks to the best of their abilities.
- Manage pupil behavior and maintain a constructive and positive learning environment.
- De-escalate situations in the classroom while adhering to safeguarding procedures.
- Collect and return work to the appropriate recipient.
- Report any safeguarding concerns using the school's referral procedures and safeguarding policies.

Requirements:
- Degree educated or strong background in working with children and young people.
- Ability to create positive relationships with pupils and staff members.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Confidence in being in front of a class and handling potential behavior issues.
- Flexible and adaptable to different situations in regards to lessons and year groups.
- Right to work in the UK.
