Lead Psychiatrist Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Psychiatrist to join our Dacorum Community Mental Health Service as part of our General Adult Community team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and diagnostic assessments for service users with severe, complex, and high-risk psychiatric conditions.
  • Collaborate with primary and secondary care colleagues to ensure seamless care for patients.
  • Maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively about patient care.
  • Meet requirements for emergency work, Community Treatment Orders, MHA assessments, and capacity assessments.
