About the Role

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking a highly skilled HSEQT Administrator to join our team based in East Kilbride. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all HSEQ legal obligations, company, and client requirements are met in relation to Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the HSEQ onboarding and offboarding processes for Circet Contractors and Suppliers via the internal system.
  • Liaise with employees, suppliers, and contractors, including issuing information and obtaining information from them.
  • Implement the induction process for new starts.
  • Maintain training compliance records and produce training exception reports.
  • Day-to-day maintenance of the HSEQ audit and reporting tool.
  • Produce reports for submission to various Clients.
  • General administration activities as required to meet business needs.

Requirements

A good level of education, fluent in Microsoft packages, and a good standard of written English are essential. A minimum of 1 year's experience working full-time in an administration role for utilities/construction contractors is also required.
