Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical maintenance operations, including managing teams who specialize in Electric vehicle charger infrastructure and HV systems, ensuring all tasks are undertaken safely, efficiently, and to budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective maintenance management, ensuring high reliability and performance of charging infrastructure.
  • Foster new customer relationships while maintaining excellent service standards with existing clients.
  • Manage a team of technical professionals, including a Senior Authorized Person, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in installation or maintenance of High voltage installations is required.
  • Ideal experience in project management, preferably in high voltage installations or related fields.
  • Proven technical expertise in electric vehicle charging systems and infrastructure would be advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • NVQ Level 3 or AM2 or equivalent would be appreciated, LV or HV Authorized person very advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field would be considered; Master's degree preferred.
