About the Role

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Adoption Manager to oversee the estate completion process for various housing projects across South West England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estate Completion Management: Oversee the entire process of estate completion, including infrastructure adoption under s38/s104 agreements and handover of open spaces.
  • Local Authority Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison with local authorities, ensuring compliance with their standards and requirements.
  • Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractors, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Highways Adoption: Manage highways adoption, with a focus on s38 agreements.
  • Project Leadership: Depending on your background, you may focus on more direct contractor management or other areas of the estate completion process.
Requirements:
  • Substantial Experience: Substantial practical experience in areas such as local authority inspection, drainage design, or groundwork contract management.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of s38/s104 agreements and estate completion processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage contractors and ensure projects are delivered to the required standard.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to relevant sites in the region on a weekly basis.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project needs.
