Vision Care Leadership Opportunity

ASDA Opticians is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our optical department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of opticians, ensuring exceptional patient service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of opticians to deliver high-quality patient care and meet business targets.
  • Manage clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, inventory management, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Requirements
  • Fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the General Optical Council.
  • Proven leadership skills in an optics environment.
  • Excellent customer and patient care skills.
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 per annum based on industry standards.
