About the Job:
RNLI is seeking an experienced Survival Instructor to lead our expedition team in water safety training initiatives. This exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in wilderness survival instruction, adult learning, and teaching principles. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of innovative training solutions that promote water safety and reduce the risk of drowning incidents.

Responsibilities:
As a Survival Instructor, you will:
  • Lead expedition teams in water safety training initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver engaging wilderness survival training programs.
  • Collaborate with the education team to identify training gaps and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and maintain accurate records and reports.

What We Offer:
