Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with strong housing disrepair experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling litigated matters and be able to hit the ground running with a caseload of housing disrepair cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a caseload of litigated housing disrepair cases from inception to settlement
  • Oversee and supervise junior solicitors in the team where necessary
  • Manage client expectations and negotiate settlements and offers

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (ideally 3-5 PQE)
  • Strong litigation experience, particularly in housing disrepair matters
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Based within commutable distance to Blackburn
