We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Lampton Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while using our facilities.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors
• Conduct regular pool tests and health and safety checks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong swimming background and hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and be able to respond to emergency situations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about swimming and customer service, and who is able to work as part of a team to deliver excellent results.
