Clark Contracts Ltd, a leading main contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. With a strong background in construction management, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring cost control, and developing relationships with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with Estimating and Surveying Departments to ensure commercial viability of projects.
  • Take an active role in Clark Contracts Supply Chain Management Initiative to develop relationships with subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company Management Systems and maintain a disciplined, professional approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor.
  • SMSTS qualification and current First Aid and Scaffold Inspection Certificates.
  • Experience in all aspects of construction, including refurbishment and new build projects.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
