We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruitment consultant to join our team at Permanent People Rec2Rec. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a desk within our Accountancy and Finance division.

Our client has a strong reputation in the industry, with a wealth of market knowledge and long-standing relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of consultants, who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience from an A&F or Professional Services background, with a proven track record of billing successfully. You will be articulate, credible, and attentive, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive commission structure, with a starting rate of 30% + extra bonus on top. You will also have access to industry-leading training and development, as well as regular team social events.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a desk within the Accountancy and Finance division
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Working closely with the team to achieve sales targets
