Production Engineering Manager

This position is a critical component of our manufacturing team, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines in Newport, South Wales.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop improved manufacturing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including working instructions, BOM, and technical reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Provide guidance and support to manufacturing personnel to ensure effective production.
- Hold a degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
The salary range for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a competitive benefits package.
