The Role

As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will handle a broad range of employment law matters, including:

  • Drafting contracts and policies
  • Managing redundancy and restructuring processes
  • Unfair dismissal claims, TUPE, and trade union work
  • Dealing with boardroom disputes and transactional corporate support
  • Representing clients in tribunal, particularly in complex discrimination cases

Alongside fee earning, you'll be actively involved in supervising junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives, making this a great role for someone with leadership ambitions.

Requirements

We're looking for a Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 6+ years PQE in employment law, with strong client relationship skills and a commercial mindset. Experience in business development and marketing is also essential, as is knowledge of the Essex market.
