Estate Agent

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our successful Estate Agency team in Brecon. As an Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service, and identifying client requirements to match them with our property portfolio.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with previous sales and customer service experience. You will need to be target driven, able to work effectively within a team, and have good organisational skills. A drive to be the top of every league table and a full driving license are also essential.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect to receive uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£35,000 with additional bonus incentives and the opportunity to gain promotion within the first 12 months. 4. Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels.
5. Attend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.
