About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Road Freight Forwarder / European Road Operator to join our team based in the Plymouth area. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing logistics operations, and ensuring timely deliveries.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000, depending on your level of experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in logistics and work with a talented team of professionals.

Responsibilities
  • • Coordinating logistics operations and receiving jobs
    • Managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
    • Overseeing LCL and LTL movements import and export
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of road freight, freight forwarding, and experience with Cargowise (although not necessary). You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
