We are seeking a skilled Compliance Inspector to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a Compliance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that gas and water services are provided in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of gas and water systems to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and verify the quality of repairs and maintenance work to ensure that they meet the required standards.
• Manage and control costs by specifying accurate and complete work necessary for defect rectification.
• Provide technical support in disrepair and legal cases to ensure that repairs are carried out on time and in line with agreed standards.
• Manage and monitor installation service and maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with client requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS) Gas Certificates of Competence for domestic and commercial gas core elements and appliances.
• Certificate of competence in plumbing NVQ or C&G level. Hold Water bylaws certification and unvented hot water systems or have extensive appropriate experience.
• Sound previous experience of the installation service and maintenance of domestic and commercial heating and hot cold water building services to include potable cold water systems and communal cold water storage tanks.
