Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business subjects at Key Stage 3 and 4.
About the Role
The Business Teacher will be required to work on a full-time basis, teaching a range of Business subjects to students aged 11-16. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business education, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Business subjects at Key Stage 3 and 4
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress
- Contribute to the development of the Business department
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
- Experience of teaching Business subjects at Key Stage 3 and 4
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to work as part of a team
