**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of visibility and presence within the store to deter and prevent any potential security threats.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents or alarms.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store and surrounding areas to identify and mitigate any potential security risks.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with other security personnel and store staff to ensure a seamless and secure shopping experience for customers.
- Complete accurate and detailed reports of any security incidents or observations.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
