Leonardo is seeking a talented Electronics Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you will be part of our 12-month Graduate Programme, which offers a comprehensive development experience in electronic and information technologies for defence systems, aerospace, data, infrastructures, land security and protection, and sustainable 'smart' solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of our world-leading electro-optical, communications and information system products under the guidance of experienced Electronics Engineering Leads.
- Interface with customers (internal and external) on various factors within the design and liaise closely with Engineers from all other disciplines.
- Design, document, build and test electronics circuits and firmware designs to go into our various systems.
- Develop expertise in the design of circuits, FPGAs and subsystems at various stages in the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Electronics biased degree including modules covering topics such as digital design, analogue design and signal processing.
- Interest in an electronics specialism, either RF design or FPGAs.
- Experience of using PCB design and simulation tools.
- Passion for solving complex engineering problems.
- Drive to learn the skills required to become a professional Electronics Engineer.
