Childcare Assistant

We are seeking a Caring Support Worker for Young People to join our team in Newport. This role involves providing support to children and young people in care, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
As a Caring Support Worker, you will be responsible for working closely with an experienced team to create a safe and nurturing environment for young people in our care. Key responsibilities include:
- Attending weekend activities, holidays, and trips with children
- Providing emotional and practical support to children
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of care plans and guidelines
The estimated salary for this position is £13.76 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. Flexible shift patterns and free food while on shift are also offered.
