Customer Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting our solutions and services to existing and new customers, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting Kyocera ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Manage sales process from contact through to close, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Proactively promote selected Content Services, ICT, and MPS Products & Solutions to existing and new customers
- Develop knowledge of total BS & MPS Portfolio, understanding customer needs and preferences
- Identify decision makers within target customers & prospects, utilizing relationship management tools
- Utilize full range of resource tools, including Bus Gen Support, marketing, social media platforms, to achieve sales goals
- Manage time effectively, achieving key performance indicators and exceeding targets
- Update, manage, and maintain SFDC as per guidelines and KPIs, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days holiday (all statutory bank holidays relevant to regional country) – 1 extra day after 5 years, part-time/temporary employees receive pro-rata equivalent

- Maintain efficient diary and time management, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
- Demonstratable previous experience within a sales role is essential, prior knowledge of our industry would be advantageous
- Fully understand leasing & deal construction is essential, requiring attention to detail and analytical skills
- Results orientated, driven to succeed, achieve and exceed targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experiencing of using relationship management tools (Salesforce) and competent in using all MS office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel SharePoint, Teams etc.
- Proven experience of negotiation skills and the ability to close deals, built on trust and effective communication
- Building rapport with customers- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback, ensuring customer loyalty and retention
- Comfortable in cross-selling being able to use initiative to offer alternative solutions to potential customers, driving business growth and expansion
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs, showcasing products and services effectively
- Meet and Exceed Monthly Targets, consistently delivering high-quality results
- Strong commitment to and the achievement of business goals e.g., Win rates, revenue and profitability targets, demonstrating ownership and accountability
- Acquisition of nett new customers and growth of the pipeline, leveraging relationships and opportunities to drive business forward
- Accuracy of the forecast and successful usage of the CRM system (SFDC), ensuring data integrity and informed decision-making
- Awareness of how the role impacts on company performance, recognizing the importance of individual contributions to team and organizational success
