Location: Remote from anywhere in the UK or Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, or Germany

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Management Specialist to join our Global Marketing Operations team. Our client is a global pharmaceutical organization with an established portfolio of both branded and generic medicines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital assets, overseeing portals, creating multichannel content, maintaining claim libraries, and organizing references. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the business, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and developing training materials and other key documentation as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage digital assets and ensure efficient use of Vault PromoMats
  2. Oversee portals and ensure seamless user experience
  3. Create multichannel content, including approved emails and CLM
  4. Maintain claim libraries and ensure accuracy
  5. Organize references and ensure easy access

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will:

  1. Have worked in a similar role in the Life Science industry for at least 5 years, with 3+ years in digital asset management
  2. Demonstrate Global Commercial and/or Marketing experience
  3. Hold strong knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats
  4. Be confident working in a matrix environment
