Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster General Manager to lead the operational and commercial success of our high-end boutique fitness studios in South West London.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and developing your team, and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

With a highly competitive salary of up to £40,000 + up to 50% monthly performance bonus + benefits, this role presents an attractive opportunity for candidates looking to advance their careers in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Studio Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the studios, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for members and staff.
• Customer Experience: Foster a culture of excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
• Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their full potential.
• Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new members, promote our brand, and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Manage studio budgets effectively, ensuring financial stability and growth.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong track record of achieving goals and targets.
• Operations Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in managing day-to-day operations within a quality health and fitness or leisure environment.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including budget management and financial planning.
• Living in SW18 Area: Must live within commuting distance of SW18.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including earlies, lates, and weekends.

Salary Details

The salary for this role is up to £40,000 + up to 50% monthly performance bonus + benefits.
