About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Renewable Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for air source heat pumps and other renewable heating systems. Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks on various renewable heating systems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to heat pumps and other renewable technologies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in renewable energy engineering, preferably with a focus on heat pump technology.
  • Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project objectives.
  • High level of technical expertise, including proficiency in fault-finding, diagnosis, and repair techniques.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science) or equivalent industry experience.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
