Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Norse Group. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's premises, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
  • Empty bins, clean restrooms, and ensure sanitary stations are fully stocked.
  • Build relationships with clients on site and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times and report any defects or damages.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
