Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Graduate Trainee to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and audit of accounts for various businesses, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the completion of audits and independent examinations for a range of businesses
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Prepare VAT returns and other tax-related documents for clients
  • Provide bookkeeping services for clients using various accounting software
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll for our clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field with a minimum 2:1 or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
