We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team at DCS Technology. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of our business solutions.
In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Dynamics 365 to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business requirements, identify key pain points, and develop effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of projects to meet time, scope, and contractual commitments, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to the Sales and Client Success Teams, addressing client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Requirement Gathering: Facilitate client requirement gathering workshops, analyzing business processes to identify key steps or pain points and matching client requirements to Dynamics application core capabilities.
- Scope Development: Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop a scope of work in readiness for project planning and review with the Project Management Office and Sales team.
- Client Engagement: Work with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure our delivery is understood and aligned to client expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Work with other Consultants and Developers to ensure the quality of our delivery, conducting system testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with continuous changes to new or existing Dynamics business applications and Power Platform functionality, identifying opportunities to positively impact future sales.
- Professional Development: Maintain and renew MS Certifications in line with Microsoft requirements, sharing key learnings with the wider Delivery team.
- Knowledge Sharing: Support the development of re-usable IP for Cloud9 and, where applicable, pitch, scope, and deliver product catalogue solutions for customers.
