About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Thornford Park, a medium secure and low secure unit and rehabilitation flats. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental illness and complex care needs.

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illness and complex care needs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and providing emotional support and guidance to service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental illness and complex care needs
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for service users
