Job Description

Grafton Recruitment is supporting a leading global manufacturer in recruiting a NPI Procurement Engineer to join their supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and validating suppliers' capabilities and managing the delivery of materials to new products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and validate suppliers' capabilities
* Manage delivery of materials to new products
* Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Conduct Production Readiness Reviews and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

* Background in manufacturing engineering and supplier management
* Proven track record in New Product Introduction, quality, time, and cost
* Experience in Production Readiness Reviews and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis
* Strong supplier and project management skills
* Ideally, experience in aerospace or defence sectors, and technical product manufacturing
