Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Nairn. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social support by assisting individuals to engage with their communities through planning and attending outings to leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming, etc.
  • Offer practical support by helping people maintain their tenancy through encouraging daily household tasks like general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping.
