We are seeking a highly motivated English Educator to join our team at The Wenlock School in Dudley, West Midlands. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on the lives of our students.

The Wenlock School is a co-educational day school catering for pupils aged 7-18 with a range of complex needs. As an English Educator at our school, you will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects, including English, to ensure the effective delivery of our curriculum. You will work closely with our Headteacher to secure high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. You will also be responsible for sharing the school's responsibility to support and promote the learning, personal development, and well-being of all students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education. They will have a proven track record of delivering successful lessons and will be able to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and will be able to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to a wide range of health and wellbeing services. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and young people and require all applicants to undergo social media checks and a fully enhanced DBS.
