The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations, health & safety principles, and contract management. You will also possess excellent administrative and IT skills, with the ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct detailed stock condition surveys and investigations
  • Determine appropriate remedies to building defects and repair issues
  • Develop specifications and programs of work for repairs and maintenance
  • Procure small packages of works

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in property maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety principles, and contract management
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills

**Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
