The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations, health & safety principles, and contract management. You will also possess excellent administrative and IT skills, with the ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct detailed stock condition surveys and investigations
- Determine appropriate remedies to building defects and repair issues
- Develop specifications and programs of work for repairs and maintenance
- Procure small packages of works
**Requirements:**
- Experience working in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety principles, and contract management
- Excellent administrative and IT skills
**Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
