Job Title: Property Block Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Block Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of properties, including leasehold and freehold properties
- Ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard, including regular inspections and reporting
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including freeholders, leaseholders, contractors, and landlords
- Oversee the management of contracts and service agreements
- Ensure that all health and safety legislation, policies, fire risk assessments, and reports are actioned and maintained to a high standard
- Meet and exceed service level agreements, maximising assets for freeholders and leaseholders
- Attend AGMs, provide minutes, and follow up on any actions as required
- Compile section 20 notices
- Coordinate and oversee major works, ensuring compliance with lease agreements
- Liaise with surveyors, contractors, and other third parties
- Oversee the management of budgets for each block
- Property management background within block management
- Ideal IRPM qualification or willingness to take qualifications
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Excellent understanding of lease management and head lease details, with the ability to maintain adherence to regulations, rules, and obligations
- Ability to manage your own workload effectively and meet strict deadlines and service level agreements
- Pro-active, personable, and adaptable
