Job Title: Outbound Lead Generator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Lead Generator to join our team at RGH-Global Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through high-volume outbound calls and email outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:
Make high-volume fact-finding outbound calls to contractors to assess their needs and generate leads.

Interest Assessment:

Determine if contractors are interested in switching to umbrella services for better financial management and benefits or to hear more about LTD company options.


Role Exploration:
Inquire if contractors are open to new job opportunities and gather relevant information.

Email Outreach Campaigns:
Create and manage email outreach campaigns to engage contractors, assess their needs, and generate leads.

Lead Management:
Record and pass on qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.

Data Entry:
Accurately input and update contractor information in the CRM system.

Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from contractors to help improve our services and offerings.

Requirements:

Education:
GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are a plus.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude.

Experience:
Previous experience in a telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service role is desirable.
