About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a Home Care Worker, you will be working with clients in their own homes, providing support with personal care, assisting with medication, meal preparation, and light household duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference in people's lives. You will be promoting independence and enabling clients to do as much as possible for themselves. This includes giving companionship and a listening ear, helping clients to maintain their dignity and quality of life.

No experience is required, as we provide all the training you need. You will be working flexible hours, including alternate weekends, and must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

The estimated salary for this position is around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits such as mileage payments, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), a Day Off for Your Birthday, Christmas Bonus, Blue Light Card * offering 1000s of discounts, £350 referral scheme programme *, Pension Scheme, and fully paid classroom and on-the-job training.

Key responsibilities include:
