Job Overview:

The Arm Education and Academic Engagements team collaborates with industrial and academic partners worldwide. We seek a seasoned ecosystem development leader to leverage partnerships at scale, drive successful projects, and nurture academic communities of practice in education and research.

This role focuses on delivering influence at scale, working with the academic community, and capitalizing on network effects. You will join a diverse team with a strong user-centric ethos.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with technical colleagues, program managers, and academic partners globally to identify user needs.
  • Lower barriers for embedded and SoC developers to succeed using Arm, leveraging partnerships by default.
  • Nurture and develop academic communities of practice in education and research.
  • Lead by example and encourage others to create technical content and build technology demonstrators.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong technical understanding and practical experience of embedded systems and SoC development.
  • Ecosystem and/or academic management experience in the technology sector.
  • Excellent abstract reasoning skills with an ability to focus on key concepts at all levels of detail.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in technical writing, building technology demonstrators, and managing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
'Nice to Have' Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in software-hardware co-design and optimizing software workloads for hardware.
  • Proven experience in building scalable interventions and platforms that bridge the gap between academia and industry.
