We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Pudsey area of Leeds. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care that protects people's dignity, promoting independence using enabling approaches, and supporting individuals to meet their outcomes. You will also connect people to their communities, accessing local support and services, and deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.

Requirements

You do not need care experience, but you must have patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. You will work within our shift patterns, which include late evenings and weekend working. As a Care Assistant, you will agree your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes alternate full weekends and evenings as agreed within your working hours.
