Oracle C2M Technical Expert | Contract | Long-term | Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M Technical expert to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The role will involve configuring the product to meet business requirements and processing the basic elements of the C2M infrastructure needed to set up and bill customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle C2M to meet business requirements
  • Process basic elements of C2M infrastructure
  • Set up and bill customers


Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional areas
  • Sound knowledge of billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
  • Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals
  • Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
