Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.
Location: Institution of Engineering and Technology
Compensation: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop menus that align with client preferences and customer expectations.
- Prepare and present dishes promptly to ensure seamless service.
- Take pride in the culinary creations, ensuring they are visually appealing.
- Collaborate in the innovation and execution of new service styles and culinary concepts.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding menu requirements and procure necessary ingredients.
