Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our UK branch and drive sales growth in the luxury beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Contribute to Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement the company's brand strategy.
- Set Sales Targets and KPIs: Establish and track sales targets and key performance indicators to measure team performance.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Present Sales Results: Regularly present sales results to the management team and provide insights on sales trends and opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with retail partners and customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Implement Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage Logistics and Training: Oversee the logistics and training functions to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the luxury beauty industry.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial approach, and excellent leadership skills.
