Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment at client locations, providing training to clients on equipment usage, installation of new equipment, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment at client locations to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Training and Development: Provide training to clients on equipment usage, operation, and maintenance to ensure they are able to use the equipment effectively and safely.
  3. Installation and Commissioning: Install new equipment at client locations and ensure it is properly commissioned and functioning as expected.
  4. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times, and report any incidents or near-misses to management.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, with a strong background in technical troubleshooting and repair.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  4. Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as required.
