About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Data Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid working arrangement. As a key member of our People Systems Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing assistance of UK payrolls across our payroll systems platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pro-actively audit and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the incident management queue on a daily basis, responding to specialist payroll systems queries and data issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with the People Services and Oracle ERP teams to prioritize systems enhancements and support data uploads between Oracle, Success Factors, and external providers.
  • Generate business requirement documents to enable efficient and effective solutions to be built, and review solution design documents against requirements.
  • Support existing and new payroll implementation, providing guidance on key Oracle Fusion data and integrations to other systems.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc continuous improvement activities and provide support to the wider People Systems Team on incident management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
Requirements
  • Essential:
    • Experience within a similar system support/analyst role or experience of working with payroll data.
    • Hands-on reporting experience using Oracle Fusion and EBS modules.
    • Experience working with large data populations and sensitive people data.
    • Ability to manage own workload and conflicting priorities.
    • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of end-to-end Payroll Processing.
    • Experience working on previous data integration projects.
