Key Responsibilities- Create and execute a content strategy that aligns with our company goals and engages our target audiences.
- Oversee the production of diverse and high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, and more.
- Develop compelling content topics and campaigns for distribution across our website and social media profiles.
- Manage the production of editorial content, ensuring it meets our quality standards and aligns with our brand's voice.
- Review and sign off on all content before publication to guarantee accuracy and quality.
- Implement strategies to drive engagement and traffic, ensuring content resonates with our target audience.
- Lead and mentor the Content Specialist, providing guidance to support their professional growth and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A number of years experience in content creation and strategy, with proven experience in a managerial role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- 25 days holidays as standard plus bank holidays - you can 'buy' up to 35 hours of extra holiday too.
