Job Title: Payable Ledger Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payable Ledger Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable module, processing BACS payment runs, and completing month-end reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the Accounts Payable module, including reviewing user input data and monitoring disputed invoices.
  2. Process BACS supplier payment runs twice per week.
  3. Complete month-end reconciliations and reports.
Requirements:
  • 5 Standard Grades or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience.
  • A financial qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Competent in using a windows-based finance package.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
