Job Overview:

* Identify and resolve faults and issues in fire and security systems.
* Provide timely support for emergency call-outs and offer swift solutions to critical issues.
* Perform upgrades and modifications to existing systems as required.
* Engage with clients to offer expert advice and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
