**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Housing Management Specialist to join our team in Motherwell/Bellshill Housing Locality. As part of our Housing Operations department, you will work closely with the Housing Co-ordinator and Senior Retirement Housing Officer to manage our retirement housing complexes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in managing retirement housing complexes, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents.
  • Develop services for residents in retirement housing complexes, promoting communal and recreational facilities.
  • Provide enhanced housing management and property maintenance services.

**Requirements:**

  • An S/NVQ level 2 joint Chartered Institute of Housing Award / Principles of Care Unit or equivalent relevant Housing Qualification.
  • Extended experience of working with the public or customers, preferably in the delivery of housing services.
