About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Flood Risk Management Lead to join our team at Anderselite. As a key member of our flood risk engineering department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth of our flood risk services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical staff to deliver flood risk management projects.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on flood risk assessments, modelling, and mitigation.
  • Review and approve technical reports, models, and analyses.
  • Oversee flood risk projects from planning through to execution.
  • Develop and implement effective flood mitigation strategies.
  • Manage resources and budgets for flood risk projects and initiatives.
  • Lead the organisation's response to flood emergencies.
Requirements
  • Chartered status with ICE, CIWEM or similar professional body.
  • 10 years of experience in flood risk management with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability of business development.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of flood risk assessment and modelling techniques.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
