Join us at Morson Talent as a Product Quality Assurance Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our maritime technology solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and resolving all product-related issues, both internally and externally, to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes leading and implementing process revisions to reduce non-conformance risks, building networks with stakeholders across the company, and maintaining product records to ensure configuration throughout the product lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure product conformity and maintain comprehensive records. You will also develop and deliver audit schedules, support the Bid Manager with QA/Configuration input for Services bidding requirements, and generate and update Quality Management Plans.

We are looking for someone with relevant work experience in a similar quality-related role, preferably with a background in Root Cause Analysis and strong understanding of configuration management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a quality-related field focused on a service environment and be willing to travel.
