Appoint Healthcare is a leading national provider of health and social care services seeking a compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our expert multidisciplinary team in Cardiff. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct holistic resident assessments to develop tailored care plans.
* Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to create effective care strategies.
* Continuously assess and improve care needs, updating care plans and records to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Provide clear explanations of how aging affects health and lifestyle, and offer guidance on maximising comfort, dignity, and independence.

Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
* Experience in mental health care, particularly with challenging behaviours.
* Strong communication, administrative, and computer skills.
* A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
